What is Fit Forever?

A fully-guided, small-group fitness class designed for adults 55 and older who want:

  • Better strength, balance, and mobility
  • Lasting and smart weight loss that works for YOU
  • More energy to keep up with life
  • And a fitness plan that puts safety, support, and fun first
  • Lower impact classes

You’ll train with others just like you – in a judgment-free space, with a coach who will guide you every step of the way. If you know you need to make some changes but have no idea how to get started, this is the perfect space for you. We promise you this: this is a perfect program for beginners – no experience needed.
