Lower-Impact Guided Workouts for Seniors (Okay okay, we cringe typing the word “seniors”… but we need to show up in your search results!) This isn’t your typical “senior fitness class.” This is a fully-guided 45-minute session designed specifically for adults over 55 – who either want to remain active or they know they need to get their butt in gear.

Every workout includes intentional warm-ups and cool-downs to keep you moving safely, building strength without the high-impact stress on your joints.

Nutrition Coaching included, that does not involve restrictive diets or deprivation but safely supports your weight loss goals.

Consistent Schedule Designed for Active Adults Meet three times per week—Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:15 AM. Consistency is key to building strength, and we make it easy to create a routine that sticks.
Complete Fitness for Aging Strong Every session focuses on what matters most as you age: building real strength, improving balance to prevent falls, increasing flexibility, and maintaining the mobility you need for daily life.
