GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our most popular option – personal attention in a group setting—the best of both worlds.
Every 30-minute session is fully coached from start to finish. No guessing what to do, no wasted time, no going it alone. You show up, we guide you through every move, modify exercises to fit your body and abilities, and make sure you leave feeling accomplished.
When we train:
We offer 9 sessions daily – 5 in the mornings (starting at 5:30am) and 4 in the evenings (starting at 4:30pm). Whether you’re an early bird or prefer after-work workouts, there’s a time that fits your life.
Who this is for:
People just like you who just want to get stronger, lose the weight, feel more confident, and finally stick with a workout routine – whether you’re 18 or 80, brand new to fitness or getting back into it after years away.

FIT FOREVER (55+)
Safe, supportive training for adults ready to rebuild their strength and confidence and lose any unwanted weight.
Our Fit Forever sessions are 45 minutes with extended warm-up and cool-down times to keep you safe. Each session is designed to help you gain strength, lose weight, improve your balance, and move with confidence again. Our coaches guide you through lower-impact, joint-friendly exercises in a small group where everyone understands what it’s like to start over.
When we train:
3 days a week – Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays from 10:15am-11am
What you’ll get:
- Small group setting (max 15) for more personalized attention
- Lower-impact exercises that protect your joints
- Focus on strength, stability, and functional movement
- Coaches who understand your concerns and keep you safe
- 1-on-1 Nutrition & Goals Coaching

PERSONAL TRAINING
Custom training built around your specific goals—work 1-on-1 or bring up to 3 friends for semi-private session.
Work directly with one of our caring coaches in a private or semi-private setting (up to 4 people). Every session is an hour and is completely customized to your goals, your body, and your pace—whether you’re working around an injury, training for something specific, or simply want maximum attention and accountability.
When we train:
Sessions are scheduled midday, Monday-Friday, between 11:00am and 3:00pm. We’ll find a consistent time that works well for your schedule.
Who this is for:
Perfect for anyone who needs (or prefers) one-on-one attention—whether you’re training for something specific, recovering from an injury, feel better with a little extra “hand holding”, or just want programming built entirely around your body and goals.
What you’ll get:
- Completely customized programming for your body and goals
- 1-on-1 coaching to perfect your form and keep you safe (or train with up to 3 friends)
- Nutritional coaching and accountability included
- Regular body composition scans to track real progress beyond the scale
- Flexibility to work around injuries, limitations, or special needs
- Packages of 6, 12, or 24 sessions, and pricing starts at $600
