Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to Coastal Fitness for services related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Fitness, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the site, services, or breach of these Terms.
10.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that violates intellectual property rights, is harmful or obscene, contains viruses, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or engages in commercial activities without our consent.
11.Security
If provided a password, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access. We reserve the right to monitor usage and cooperate with legal authorities in the event of suspected violations.
12.Web Offers
Free Trial Offers: Must be used within 30 days of opting in. Limit one per person. For local residents only. Web Specials: Must begin within 60 days of purchase, valid for 30 consecutive days from first use. Non-refundable. Limit one per person every 12 months. Local residents only. Any bonus materials offered are delivered in digital format only.
13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
14.Severability
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Coastal Fitness regarding your use of the site and services.

17.Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, any services provided by Coastal Fitness, or these Terms (including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof), shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in Lee County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Coastal Fitness agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and Florida law.
