THE PROGRAM

We offer a *complete* 30-minute, fully-guided workout that burns fat, tones muscle. Our workouts routinely rotate between strengthening different zones of your body–upper body, lower body, core, etc. as well as cardio and conditioning workouts. You never have to worry about “what if I can’t do this?” because we meet you at YOUR level.

Over the last few years, Coastal Fitness has helped people just like you lose hundreds of pounds of fat because of our WORKOUTS, our NUTRITIONAL & GOALS COACHING, and our ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING – the trifecta of lasting transformation. But our program is more than just weight loss. Our goal is to help you THRIVE, in your body, in your life!

THE WORKOUTS

Our workouts are:

NUTRITION

Our program includes one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions that:

  • Assess your current diet
  • Show you how to eat to burn fat and lose weight
  • Provide easy-to-prepare meal plans and recipes
  • Regular progress check-ins, for accountability and support

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Our program includes accountability coaching that:

  • Helps you define your fitness goals
  • Keeps you on track toward those goals
  • Builds positive and healthy habits
  • Promotes life-changing fitness and mindset growth

 

SUPPORT & ENCOURAGEMENT

Our program is infused with positivity and support from our Dream Team of coaches and amazing community. The support and encouragement they provide will:
