Weightloss success leaves clues

If you want to see lasting transformation, here’s everything you need to know:
In health, wellness, and fitness, the foundation is:
  • 4+ workouts per week
  • ½ your body weight in ounces of water
  • 7-9 hours of sleep
  • Eat the right quantities of nutritionally dense foods
  • Time spent outdoors
I think most of us know this by now, right? So why do many of us struggle? Why do we reach for the unhealthy food? Why do we stay up late scrolling on our phones? Why do we “self-sabotage”?
I’m dropping a value bomb on you this beautiful Monday, so read on!
TRACK EVERYTHING.
A while back I picked up the most perfect ‘Habit Tracker’ from Amazon. This monthly (undated) tracker was so simple but very effective in helping me visually see where I was falling down. Straight away I noticed several habits I thought I was more consistent with that actually needed improvement. Using this simple tool helped me COURSE CORRECT.
Using the habit tracker, I was able to measure my success using simple metrics – so I could visually see my ‘score’ month-after-month, showing improvement or lack of.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU.
I wanted to tie these thoughts back to what our recent 6-Week Challenge winners reported back to us. Over the course of their 6-Week Transformation Challenge, each of the winners said this one habit was a game-changer for them – guess what it was? They TRACKED their food consistently! (They also met with our Nutritional Coach for support & accountability WEEKLY). Hmm, are you picking up a theme here?

How do you know where the hiccup is if you’re not tracking your workouts, your nutrition, and or anything else you’re trying to implement for the sake of a healthier you? ‍♂️
 
So I’ll finish this post the same way I started it. If you want to see lasting transformation – simply do what others are doing who are having success! And what is that?

  • Track your workouts
  • Track your water
  • Track your sleep
  • Track your food
  • Meet with your nutritional coach weekly
You have all the answers now, it’s time to step into your power. It’s time to be 1% better this week. This is how we grow, this is how we transform. And guess what?
