“I joined Fit Body because my friend encouraged me and the pre-school teachers at the school I teach at were always talking about Fit Body and raving about the workouts.
Before joining Fit Body, I was very inconsistent with healthy habits. I would work out for a few months and then stop cold turkey when life got too complicated, or my schedule got too busy, and I didn’t feel like I had time in my day to work out or food prep. I would focus on healthy eating but wasn’t fueling my body correctly.
After I tried Fit Body, I became hooked. It became 30 minutes out of my day that I didn’t want to miss because the workouts, people, and trainers are so awesome. Fit Body has an amazing culture full of positivity and encouragement, and the results speak for themselves.
Since joining, I have consistently focused on eating healthy and working out, and I have felt more positive about myself. I have lost 19 pounds and 15 inches, feel more energetic, and my old clothes are fitting, and I love it! This energy and positivity translate to every aspect of my life, which helps me be a better teacher, mom, partner, friend, and person!
My desire to work out and be part of the Fit Body community has really helped me become more consistent in my workouts. I love going to the workouts at Fit Body, and instead of dreading going to the gym, it is a part of my day that I look forward to and enjoy! It has become something I schedule into my day, and I use it as my “me” time to de-stress from my day and focus on myself.

We’re conveniently located at 12220 Towne Lake Dr. Fort Myers, FL 33913. We’re in Gateway, right next to Best Friends Animal Hospital, and near The Tavern Bar/Restaurant.
Our workout times are:
Mornings: 5:30am, 6:15, 7:15, 8:30, & 9:15
Evenings: 4:30pm, 5:15pm, & 6:15pm (*no late class on Friday evenings)
Workouts are a quick & effective 30 minutes!
This isn’t a typical “gym” – this is a fitness studio filled with welcoming members and experienced coaches who walk you through every step of your journey!
